Kurt Garcia is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He has argued cases before the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, and Louisiana Supreme Court.

Mr. Garcia has a general litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis on civil and municipal law, including areas of urban planning, zoning, land use, injunctions, defense, business law, family law, successions, wills, contracts law, nonprofit organizations, and personal injury.
